First Step- Spot Illustrations for Chinese Language Textbook and Workbook

Some of the many Spot Illustrations published in "First Step An Elementary Reader for Modern Chinese" by Chih-p’ing Chou, Jing Wang & Jun Lei, Princeton University Press.
It was a great project to work on, and I got to interpret a lot of scenes and scenarios. Spot illustrations were done for a black and white workbook as well as the text book. They wanted a friendly, simple, cartoony style that would appeal to a specific age range.
